This is a processing therapy group for adults using art.
Starting February 2nd 2026.
This will be an in-person group meeting Mondays from 6:30-8.
We will meet weekly for 5 weeks using art as a tool for self-reflection and pride.
*Registration is free with commitment to all 5 sessions.
